We have a school in South Essex that really need you. Our school has had some troubled times but our children really want to learn and to do that we need really strong classsroom practitioners with excellent curriculum knowledge. You will need an ability to keep your sense of humour in tense times. It won't be easy but the rewards will be huge. We have receptive children in small classes and there is a wonderful sense of community as everyone works together to achieve the same goal - to egive the children every opportunity to reach their full potential. These roles may be long term or permanent for the right candidate and across the key stages.
