We are looking to recruit highly motivated and experienced D&B Co-ordinators familiar with working on mixed tenure developments. We require one D&B Co-ordinator with PFI/Healthcare experience and one D&B Co-ordinator with affordable housing experience.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a teama environment from the projects inception through to completion.
You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving appointing and managing the consultants, liaison with the relevatn local authorities and statutory client liason bodies, material selection/approving and detailing checking consultant and sub-contractors designs for buildability and compliance with statutory criteria/guidelines ensuring that projects meet the employers requirements.
Applicants for the housing post, will need a good working knowledge of funding criteria i.e Secure by design, HQI's, Code for Sustainable homes, NHF guidleines, Wheelchair standards etc.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and drive teams and will have a 'can do' attitude.
Candidates should be proficient with IT and demonstrate good knowledge of current regulations and guidelines.
Salary to be agreed at the interview selection stage.
