Hello, my name is Michelle, my partner and our children are looking to move from Oxfordshire to the Southend area in January 2010. We therefore will need to rent a larger property, four bedrooms minimum.
We are both self-employed and due to having children claim housing benefit some times of the year, we will be claiming when we first move to the area due to re-location and setting ourselves up. We will be able to provide a deposit and a guarantor until this is organised.
We can provide a reference from our current landlord and a guarantor if required.
We are looking for a long tenancy, and when we move into the area will be staying in the area, this is a HUGE move for us and our family so as we are uprooting them all for a new life we will be wanting to get it right.
We are a clean, tidy and well behaved bunch, the children are house-trained too!, we have never had any problems with neighbours complaining and our children are well mannered and behaved, we are parents that beleive that you should treat others how you wish to be treated, and our children are brought up the same.
We are looking to have a fresh start, and new adventure in the area, so obviously would like to be near amenities and the sea if possible, one of our children is mildly autistic so this will be fabulous for him, I also want my other children to have a better chance in life, which they are not getting at the moment due to where we live.
We are all very excited about this possible move, is there a landlord/lady out there who will take us on, not rip us off and give us this chance....I hope so :)
We are hoping to come to the area the second week in December to view properties, so would like to get everything signed and sealed then, as with the Christmas Holidays etc we will need to be organised.
