We had 3 bedroom house. I and my wife live in this house, both work full time and we use only 1 bedroom and remaining 2 bedrooms are empty.
If you are interested you can visit our house to look at. Bus stop in front of the house or 5 min walk to chadwell heath station. Local shops just round the corner
The house is newly laminated and bedrooms carpeted. You will also have use of well equiped many, very big kitchen with washing machine, microwave fridge.
Very large living room, with TV and internet can be shared. There is also a good sized back garden and drive way for parking 2 cars.
