Trainee or Experienced Online Sales and Customer Service Advisor
As an online business selling plumbing and heating products nationally, this job is office-based. We work as a team and enjoy what we do, but we’re so busy that we need another person to join us.
You will need really good computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook), and a high level of spoken and written English (spelling, grammar and punctuation). Lack of experience in sales or customer service is not important, as we will train you to work to our well-honed systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A good command of the English language, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Confidence using a telephone to conduct business
The following additional skills and experience would also be an advantage (but we will not discount your application if you do not have this experience):
• Sales
• Customer Service
Your personality and values are as important to us as your skill set. You will be a hard-working, reliable person with a real team spirit.
We mostly work Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Occasionally, we have a Saturday “off-site” day to help us focus and plan for the next quarter.
Starting salary offered £13,000 (depending on age, experience and skills).
