Deputy / Home Managers required to work in nursing home environments throughout The Greater London & Essex Areas. Clients groups range but are predominantly older adults suffering with different levels of learning disabilities and mental health issues such as Dementia and other conditions. Managerial duties will include: day to day running of the home, staff supervision, ensures polices are up to date, Rota management, meeting CQC requirements and improving standards. Other important responsibilities include liaising with family members and other professionals to ensure care plans are being utilised to their maximum and all clients independence, choice and safety are being fully promoted. The ideal candidates will come from a strong nursing background, be fully qualified and entitled to work as a nurse in the UK.
