Our client is a fantastic privately owned country pub set in a beautiful village on the outskirts of Saffron Walden. With a 52 cover bar/restaurant serving traditional English cuisine using only the finest fresh produce.

Role:

They are currently looking for a head chef to run the kitchen working split shifts including weekends, preparing dishes using fresh produce and managing a small team of staff.

Skills/Knowledge:

Must have fresh food/pub experience and own transport due to location.
