I am a 31 year old male and Im looking for people who want to go for bike-rides 1 or 2 evenings a week or at weekends.

Ideal way to make friends and to get fit .....plus a very good way to explore Essex during the light summer evenings.

I am looking for people who want to go cycling along the seafront, over hadleigh downs etc

Hopefully will get a few people so can have a group of us who can go on regular bike-rides and increase the distance etc as fitness improves.

Dont worry if your unfit or haven't been on a bike for a while as will start off with shorter rides first! All you need is a bike and a friendly disposition!
