Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD or RNMH)
Colchester, Essex
Very competitive salaries starting at £25k to £33k depending on experience.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Registered nurse in the field of general nursing, mental health or learning disability (RMN, RNLD or RNMH).
• At least 6-12 months post qualification experience preferably in a similar setting.
(Please no newly qualified nurses need apply)
• Work Permits and Employee Sponsorship supported.
• A flexible approach is required and the successful candidates must be able to use their initiative and work effectively within a team.
• Operational knowledge of the 1983 Mental Health Act is required and some previous experience working with challenging residents is desirable (this includes experience gained through nurse training).
• Good interpersonal, planning and time management skills
• Must demonstrate ability to delegate and monitor the performance of others and basic people management skills.
• Work Permits and Employee Sponsorship supported.
