S&C Leisure Ltd are looking for a number of qualified Head Chefs for their units in North Essex. You must have proven ability and experience to operate a busy pub kitchen, to be able to motivate and supervise staff, to produce our signature dishes and create good quality Specials. We try to keep the same menu for all our units which is overseen by our Operations Director. Our Chefs can create special themes menus when required and also be prepared to create menus for outside catering events. Flexibility is essential as you may be required to cover sickness/holidays in other units and you must have your own transport. Salary is negotiable and there may be live-in accommodation available if required.
