Pole dancing for fitness is an amazing way to keep fit, lose weight and most importantly have fun Suitable for all ages shapes and sizes giving an amazing confidence boost.

Your party can be tailored to suit your guests and all ages and abilities are welcome. We have both male and female instructors available to host your party to your preference, and can keep it basic with some floor work and poses right through to some amazing gobsmacking moves that you'll all remember long into 2010.

Your party can be booked on a weekend either 2 - 6pm or 7 - 11pm*
or any weekday afternoon. 2 - 6pm. Available throughout the year.

Book a pole party at pole dolls purpose built pole fitness studio and have a great time!

Amazing value for 2 hours + tuition, a glass of something sparkly nibbles and a
further 2 hours of studio time to practise what you have learned.

Cost is £100 for up to 8 people plus £5 for each additional person for 4 hours of great fun!
