due to credit crunch i will not pass a credit check due to house repossesion 18 month ago, but have been renting since 07 with no payments missed

I work part time and my husband is a student (we are in our 30's) so we do claim housing benefit and if renting in tendring have council backing of the rent deposit scheme

we have 3 children 2 under 3 and can go up to £800 pcm

we can promise to look after your property and do improvements if wanted eg decorate
