About the Place I'd like to live:

-I'm looking to rent a room from the beginning of September this year.
-I would ideally like a double, however a spacious single with desk would suit.
-I want to live in a house with no more than 4 bedrooms.
-Preferably not a shabby student dig!
-I'm looking for a room anywhere in the Chelmsford area- however, preferably near to Broomfield Hospital.
-The room must be furnished.
-The room must NOT cost anymore than 400 per calender month, with all utility bills included.
-Must have broadband connection.

-Also I'm away most weekends, back home in Aldeburgh Suffolk. So I shalln't be too much of a bother!
