We are looking to recruit an Experienced Commercial Manager for a local company.
We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Manager for our forthcoming portfolio of Healthcare Projects in London, Essex and Home Counties. Healthcare experience of projects with values from £6m-£35m is essential.
Applicants who are experienced in delivering new build, high rise, fast track, concrete frame affordable housing projects would be desirable.
Applicats must also be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of JCT, PFI and bespoke contracts and possess a strong appreciation of project processes and risk management. The ability to manage, review coach and develop teams of Project and Assistant Surveyors is vital.
Commercial awareness, cost planning and the ability to carry out accurate cost/value forecasting and risk management is essential along with excellent communication and procurement skills.
