This wonderful non-residential weekend course takes place at The Retreat Farm, a holistic centre set in the beautiful Essex village of Little Baddow, near Chelmsford. The course is taught by a friendly and experienced team of midwives and health visitors. Additionally, holistic therapy treatments which include: reflexology, aromatherapy and massage may be booked in advance and offered between 09.00-10.00 and 15.00-16.00 on each day at an additional fee.


Antenatal classes prepare mothers/fathers for labour, birth and parenthood. They are also a great way of meeting other parents-to-be.
