Job Description:

The client is currently seeking a motivated Workshop Manager to run one of their workshops for a Rental fleet operating 1000 vehicles ranging from cars to hgvs.

You will be responsible for developing staff, the workshop and profitability, ensuring the depot operates efficiently and provides outstanding customer service.

You must be assertive and influential with a proven track record in a managerial role. You will be a keen motivator and strong leader, willing to lead from the front. An extensive knowledge of the commercial vehicle, HGV and Truck industry is essential. A technical background is essential.
