LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – CANARY WHARF ESTATE AGENT

Position - Lettings Negotiator
Location - Canary Wharf
Salary – Up to £18,000 basic, OTE £35,000 plus company car and company phone.

AA Property Appointments have an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings negotiator, to join an impressive, dynamic and expanding City/ Docklands estate agent.

The client, who have an excellent docklands presence and who have built up a prestigious name from years of delivering excellence, are currently growing their Lettings team due to continued success and growth.

The client is looking for a new team member, with at least 1 year’s lettings experience, preferably in the docklands, who can add value to their existing team.

This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to really push their career forward and continue their already strong and proven track record in Lettings.

In return the company offers generous basic salaries of up to £18,000 with an excellent commission structure, a company car, a company phone and on target earnings of £35,000 plus.

The successful applicant will be:

•Registering potential tenants
•Liaising with landlords and tenants
•Canvassing for new lettings business
•Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords
•Arranging and attending lettings viewings
•Closing sales
•Generating repeat lettings business
•Exceeding customer expectations

To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

•Have a proven track record in lettings
•Have an excellent telephone manner
•Be very well spoken, well presented and of graduate calibre
•Excel with face to face sales
•Local area knowledge is a huge advantage
•Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, professional, pro-active, forward thinking and have a keen desire to learn and earn money.
•A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
