Our client is a leading Domiciliary Care provider with offices all across the UK. They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who would be confident and competent in starting and growing a fast moving new business, working closely with the franchisee

As the care manager, the candidate will be required to be the registered manager with CQC. In the early days, the Care Manager will also be required to be the face of the company, so a good understanding of quality care provision is essential. As the Care Manager their main responsibilities will be upholding brand values in service delivery, recruiting a team of care workers, formulating care plans and risk assessments for new customers (private and social services), organising and delivering care worker’s induction training, managing the day to day running of the office and later on, recruiting the rest of the core office team.

As care manager, they will be based in Redbridge. It is a full time position of Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm and the company are offering a salary in the region of £24k depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates wishing to apply ideally will be NVQ level 3 or 4 qualified and must have experience in the delivery of high quality care and be able to manage and direct people in a fast growing environment.
