If so read on - We are currently recruiting for three qualified teachers (two in North Essex and one in Central Essex) with excellent behaviour management strategies. You will need to have experience of teaching young people in KS3 and KS4 with social emotional and behaviour difficulties who demonstrate challenging behaviour. We will consider teachers who have worked in a mainstream setting with relevant skills and experience. You will demonstrate a professional approach and be able to take initiative and work effectively with support staff and have the aptitude to form good relationships and be able to communicate effectively with parents and other professionals.
