This charming village house with swimming pool is situated in the village of Gabian only ten minutes from Pezenas. The village is surrounded by the vines of the Pezenas and Faugeres areas of the Herault, Languedoc. The village has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant. Available for a self catering holiday or a long term let in the South of France.

This village house has 4 bedrooms, 2 double - 1 with also has a cot - 1 single and 1 room with a single bed and bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with power shower and a seperate W.C. There is a living room with flat screen TV/DVD and Sky. Internet access is available. Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and dishwasher.

Outside there is a terrace and garden and 6mx6m swimming pool. Sunloungers and a table with 8 chairs.

Area activities
Gabian is a 10 minute drive from the lively medival town of Pezenas, home of Moliere, with its period architecture & a great choice of restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques & a super Saturday market. The Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESO is 15 minutes away. Set in beautiful scenery 12 minutes towards Beziers is Saint-Thomas golf course which offers 18-holes for all levels of players throughout the year.

This is an ideal base for a self catering family holiday in the South of France with sandy Mediterranean beaches 20 minutes away, visit Grau d'Agde, Portiragnes Plage & Valras Plage. As an alternative to the beach for the children is 'Aqualand', a giant water park in the chic resort of Cap d'Agde. Great swimming pool complex in Pezenas (open July and August). Superb walking in the Montagnes Noires, there is also Lac Salagou for wonderful freshwater lake swimming & water sports.
