Chef de Partie required for a prestigious Hotel

Candidates require a fine dining background for this opportunity. You will also require some experience of catering for 50-60 covers a shift in this Bar / Grill style restaurant. Working 5 days over a 7 day rota.

The salary is £19,000 - £20,000 / per annum - live in is a possibility - otherwise transport would be desirable
