Hi my names Jay from Chelmsford, Essex and I'm looking to join/start a band based in the surrounding area.

Basically I've been out of the music scene for a few years and looking to get back into it. In my past I've played rhythm guitar in signed touring bands and released album/singles with (http://www.myspace.com/johnnyzhivago) & (http://www.myspace.com/zenmotel).

I'm now looking to get into something along the lines of bands such as Reuben, Fighting With Wire, Every Time I Die, Black Spiders, Sebadoh

My main influences would be Nirvana (and the whole Seattle scene), QOTSA, Doors, Stones, Pistols, GNR. My playing style is quite sloppy/messy/noisy (think Kurt Cobain)

Happy to work with any age but would probably be suited to mid 20's and up (sorry kids!)
