Lords Golf & Country Club, White Notley are looking fro a Cook / Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, hard working and enthusiastic with experience working in a kitchen.

The club have a daily bar menu and function menu in place, you will be expected to develop these further when required. The successful applicant will also be expected to work with the managers and members of the club in order to design menus for "theme nights" at the club. Lords host a successful carvery on Sunday and so experience in this field would be advantageous.

40 hours a week including weekdays, weekends and some evenings. Salary is £11,000 p.a. + commission.
