Currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a fluid catering background. Working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 with no split shifts. As the kitchen gets very busy, the ideal candidate must be able to work unsupervised at times.

NVQ 3 qualified or equivalent
Good solid catering background
Basic food hygiene
