Vegetarian Chef required for well known restaurant in West Sussex

The restaurant has been established for many years and is looking for a new chef to help move the business on new and exciting areas. The restaurant is always looking for new and exciting areas to get its message put and in new ways to change and develop the food offer.

You will be a chef with vegetarian experience that you would like to develop, You will be a leader and be prepared to face new and exciting challenges. You will have experience in managing a kitchen in all ways and be aware of the financial side as much as the food side. But you must be passionate about what you do.
