The role:
As a chef de partie you will work in this award winning Michelin restaurant. You will work in a number of sections and work around the sections. You will prep the dishes in the morning, cook the dishes during service and supervise any commis chefs in your section.


Experience:
We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience within a Michelin establishment

Salary - £16500 Plus service charge
