S&C Leisure Ltd are a private company who are currently managing 7 pubs in the North Essex area. We are looking for an experienced and well organised Head Chef for our units, particularly someone who works well within a team and who would be flexible to cover sickness and holidays if the situation arose. You must have proven ability and experience to operate a busy pub kitchen and have the ability to motivate and supervise staff. We try to keep similar menus throughout the units which consist of traditional food, mediterranean and asian dishes, plus there is the chance to create signature special dishes for the "Specials Board". The salary is negotiable and live-in accommodation may be available if required. It is also essential to have your own transport as there may be travelling between the units.
