Competent head chef required on a 48 hours contract, 6 days a week. Applicant must have at least 2 years experience of running a kitchen and it's team, must work well under pressure and have a good knowledge of a wide range of dishes and recipes/ methods.

We are open all through December so applicant must be prepared to work on Christmas and Boxing Day/ New Years Etc.

We require at least 2 references from previous positions.
