Modern airport hotel requires bar supervisor with possible live in, to help run the team and department.

The hotel is a modern 150 room hotel, which has a mix of business and leisure guest. There are two bars the main bar also runs a bar menu and is very busy, the other events bar is only open when there are functions or weddings. The role involves helping the manager with the ordering and cellar management as well as training the staff and exceeding the guest expectations.

You will have some supervisory experience, but mostly you will be a people person with a bright and cheerful outlook. You will be able to cope well under pressure and be able to delegate to a team effectively. You will be organized and have a good eye for detail and for an opportunity.

In return the hotel is able to offer a salary of £14,000 with possible live in, a share of the tips, across all the food and beverage departments and a good training and development plan for yourself.
