We are currently looking for somebody to manage a Coffee Kiosk near Romford station, Essex

Hours 5am - 10am. It will then close until 3pm and re-op from 3pm - 6pm (including Saturdays and Sundays). Hours may change slightly.

Morning hours will be extremely fast moving having to potentially make hundreds of coffees/tea's and selling croissants. Since it is located in a transport hub, fast and timely service is absolutely essential. You will have to have knowledge of using typical Coffee/Cappuccino machines and have a working knowledge of all the necessary ingredient quantities.

You will be need to place pre-prepared trays of croissants in the oven and have them ready for sale by morning rush hour.

You will be managing 2 staff in the morning hours who will help with the high volume of customers. You may also need to speak to suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods.

The kiosk needs to open at 5am every morning, with everything ready by the morning commuter rush at 6am - 9am.

At the end of every day, all moneys will need to be taken to a local bank for depositing. We are looking for somebody who can provide excellent customer service, ideally with at least a couple of years behind them (preferably at one of the other coffee houses, Costa etc). It is a challenging job and as such will pay an annual salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.
