Access here is easy by air to Limoges (40 mins), Angouleme (40 mins) or Poitiers (90 mins) from the UK. Ryanair is the main carrier principally from London Stansted but many other UK airports operate to Limoges with Ryanair or FlyBe. Access by road and train is good also. There are excellent schools locally and the nearest village (1.5 miles) has an infant/jumior school and also a doctor, chemist, bakers, butcher, general store and bar/hotel. This is a charming property in a particularly beautiful area of rural France.
