Are you a sommelier with 1-2 years recent experience within 4 and 5 star hotels?

If so, we would like to hear from you. Our client is a deluxe 4 star hotel boasting a 2 rosette restaurant in the South East of England.

You will be responsible for managing the cellars, stock control and wine lists, liaising with reps and suppliers ensuring a wide range of international wines are held.

You will have excellent standards of customer service and be able to converse confidently with guests about their wine choices. You will have an extensive knowledge of international wines, liquors, champagnes etc.

Basic salary is £16000 (with an additional £5000 bonus).
Live in accommodation is available as is use of the leisure facilities.
