The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Head Chef and Kitchen Manager for one of the UK’s largest independently owned restaurant chain operators. Experience at a similar level in a fast paced high volume branded environment is essential.
As Kitchen Manager you are accountable to the General Manager and are responsible for the performance of the kitchen and food preparation staff. The ideal candidate will be determined, passionate and have the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others.

Key Skills are

Developing and leading strong teams in a busy energetic kitchen
Experience in a similar branded environment
Ability to work under pressure and overcome all challenges
Customer focused and passionate about the brand
Strong people management skills and good financial acumen
Understanding and implementing all company and legislative standards of Health, Safety and Hygiene.
As a kitchen manager to ensure that the team deliver meals to meet customer needs and company requirements.
Honest and trustworthy
Self motivated and driven.
