I am currently offering drum lessons all over the Essex area

£20 (per hour) from my studio at home or £25 if i have to travel to you. Your first lesson will be free so we can get to know each other, and i can see what your playing standard is. The main photo shows my studio and kit that i use. It is the Steve Smith Signature Kit (Sonor.) The secondary photo is of my jazz kit

I was taught by the well known and excellent drum tutor Andy Bold (used to write monthly for drummer magazine up to 2009) who himself was taught by the legendary Bob Armstrong, who a lot of people value as the greatest tutor in the UK

I cover most aspects of drumming including Funk, Rock, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Latin, Drum'n'Bass, Metal, Reggae, Blues, Military Snare, Country, All Rudiments and Moeller Technique. I can also help you achieve your Grades

I have, and still am, studying indepth the MOELLER technique which allows drummers to have much more of a 'groove' and 'better feel' to their playing. The great thing about this is my learning (and yours) will never end. You can always improve your technique!

Only a handfull of tutors teach this technique

ALL LEVELS of drummers are welcome, even if you've never played before, everyone has to start somewhere!
