I need a 3 bedroomed semi or detached. i would be on housing benefit to start, but can't wait to get back out to work once we have settled.
Can show good references from previous landlords, as i have always kept a good clean home and sometimes bettered the property and its garden by the time i have left.
I am looking for LONG term lets only. Have no pets, but am a smoker, would pay up to £800 pcm and have deposits ready to hand.
