Our client is a pub/restaurant situated on the outskirts of Chelmsford, serving a traditional menu, prepared from fresh ingredients.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Sous chef/head chef to join their team. You would be responsible for preparing from fresh the traditional menu. You will also be responsible for assisting in and ensuring the smooth, efficient daily running of the kitchen.

Skills

You will need to:

• Have previous experience of cooking from fresh ingredients
• Preferably be NVQ2/3 qualified
• Flexible and hardworking
• Driver preferred, due to location
