Two double bedrooms and fully tiled WC/shower room, a large outside terrace with seating area for 8 and electric blinds which shade the area if needed, this completes the facilities on this floor. Ground Floor is a large self contained apartment which consists of a large bedroom with patio doors which lead out to the pool area, large fully tiled WC/bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with Basic Sat TV, DVD, video player, stereo, dining area which leads out to a small private terrace. La Fustera is a residential area 5 kilometers from the centre of Calpe and on the coast road to Moraira which is 8 kilometers away. It had its own blue flag beach, a supermarket which sells English produce and several bars & restaurants. Calpe is a large Spanish coastal town which is developed around the Old Town area, which has a magnificent church, and is overlooked by the amazing 332 metre high rock of Ifach (Penon), it is now a nature reserve, and it separates Calpe’s two main beaches, there is the excellent port which at certain times of the day you can watch the local fishermen bring in their catch and then is auctioned off, also the Marina with an array of luxury yachts. Calpe has many excellent bars & restaurants offering you the choice of Spanish, French, Italian, English, Dutch, Chinese cuisine at good reasonable prices. Benidorm, thirty minutes away by car, provides many entertainment options including the spectacular show at The Benidorm palace & Terra Mitica Theme Park
