I am a nice bloke seeking to gt fit and lose weight

Altho not fat looking i feel fat and wanna shed a stone at least

have great mountain bike but owing to bloody annoying and demanding disabled mother not getting out much

i am a youthful (honest) looking 40 and would love to meet someone nice to jog with, maybe swops stories and go riding our bikes locally or brentwood way. have car and can travel
